Responsibilities
- Brainstorm and prototype fun, engaging game mechanics and features.
- Balance game systems using data, logic, and math-driven analysis.
- Work closely with artists, developers, and producers to bring designs to life.
- Create and maintain game design documentation.
- Analyze player behavior and feedback to improve gameplay.
- Contribute fresh ideas for game content, levels, and monetization systems.
- Stay updated on current gaming trends, especially in mobile F2P titles.
Requirements
- Passion for gaming — you play and analyze mobile games regularly.
- Strong creativity and problem-solving mindset.
- Solid understanding of basic game loops, systems, and player motivation.
- Good mathematical ability — comfortable with numbers, balancing, and probability.
- Clear communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic familiarity with tools like Unity, Unreal, or spreadsheet-based balancing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Game Design, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (preferred, not mandatory).
Nice to Have
- Experience building or modding small games (even academic or personal projects).
- Knowledge of level design, UX, or game economy design.
- Interest in data-driven game development and player analytics.
