Role Overview 
As a Game Product Manager at TapFire, you will be responsible for overseeing the complete product lifecycle of our games. You will work closely with designers, developers, and marketers to transform ideas into exciting, playable experiences that captivate global audiences. This role requires a mix of creativity, strategic thinking, and project management to deliver successful game launches. 

Key Responsibilities 
• Plan and manage the product journey from concept to launch. 
• Gather input from designers and stakeholders to shape product features. 
• Collaborate with development, engineering, and marketing teams to bring ideas to life. 
• Manage product backlogs, pipelines, and ensure timely delivery. 
• Monitor competitors and market trends to provide actionable insights. 
• Translate ideas into clear plans, requirements, and prototypes. 

Qualifications & Skills 
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field. 
• 2–3 years of experience in product or project management (preferably in gaming). 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
• Familiarity with wireframing and mockup tools (e.g., Figma). 
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership skills. 
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and deliver results.

Game Developer

Role Overview

We are looking for a Game Developer who is passionate about mobile game development and has strong expertise in Unity and C#. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and maintaining high-quality games while collaborating with designers, artists, and backend teams to deliver exceptional gaming experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain high-performance mobile games using Unity Engine

  • Implement gameplay mechanics, UI systems, and core game features

  • Optimize game performance for multiple mobile platforms (Android & iOS)

  • Collaborate with game designers and artists to translate concepts into functional gameplay

  • Integrate third-party SDKs including analytics, ads, and monetization tools

  • Debug, profile, and fix performance bottlenecks and technical issues

  • Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following best practices

  • Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers when required

  • Stay updated with industry trends, Unity updates, and mobile game development practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of professional experience in Unity game development

  • Strong command over C# programming

  • Experience developing mobile games (Android & iOS)

  • Solid understanding of game architecture, OOP, and design patterns

  • Experience with 2D/3D game development workflows

  • Hands-on experience integrating Ads SDKs (AdMob, IronSource, Unity Ads, etc.)

  • Understanding of game monetization models (F2P, IAPs, Ads monetization)

  • Strong debugging, optimization, and performance tuning skills

  • Experience with version control systems (Git preferred)

Game Tester  - Job Description 

Job Overview: We are looking for a skilled Game Tester with 6 months - 2 years of experience in testing mobile and web games. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a passion for gaming, and experience in identifying and reporting game-related issues. You will be responsible for testing game mechanics, performance, and usability to ensure a smooth and engaging player experience.
 
Key Responsibilities: 
● Perform manual and automated testing for mobile (iOS & Android) and web-based games. 
● Execute test cases, test plans, and exploratory testing to find bugs and performance issues. 
● Identify, document, and track bugs using ClickUp or other bug-tracking tools. 
● Conduct functional, regression, usability, compatibility, and performance testing on multiple devices and browsers. 
● Verify UI/UX consistency, responsiveness, and game flow across different screen sizes. 
● Test multiplayer functionality, game mechanics, animations, AI behavior, and monetization features (ads, in-app purchases, etc.). 
● Collaborate with developers, designers, and QA teams to resolve issues efficiently. 
● Perform network testing for real-time gameplay, matchmaking, and leaderboard functionality. 
● Validate game updates, patches, and new releases to ensure smooth deployments. 
● Provide feedback on gameplay experience, difficulty balancing, and overall user engagement. 

Required Skills & Qualifications: 
● Upto 2 years of experience in game testing for mobile and web games. 
● Strong understanding of game development lifecycles and QA methodologies. 
● Hands-on experience with bug-tracking tools like JIRA, ClickUp, Mantis, or Bugzilla. 
● Familiarity with Unity and Cocos Creator game engines. 
● Experience testing Android and iOS apps, including installs, crashes, and UI behavior. 
● Basic knowledge of browser-based game testing (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge). 
● Understanding of multiplayer testing, network connectivity, and latency issues.

Data Analyst

About the Role

We're looking for a Data Analyst who's passionate about gaming and analytics, someone who can turn raw player data into insights that drive smarter game decisions. You'll be responsible for tracking player behavior, performance metrics, and business KPIs to help our Product and Marketing teams make data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, track, and analyze KPIs for in-game events, including engagement, retention, and conversion metrics.
  • Monitor churn rates for specific game events and identify patterns or reasons for player drop-off.
  • Build and maintain interactive dashboards (Tableau, Power BI, or Data Studio) for:
    • Player behavior and session metrics
    • In-game economy and revenue trends
    • Creative performance across different regions
  • Conduct LTV (Lifetime Value) calculations and revenue projections to evaluate player cohorts and monetization efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Game Designers, and Marketing teams to evaluate game performance and campaign results.
  • Generate actionable insights from A/B tests, game updates, and feature launches.
  • Analyze acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetization funnels.
  • Deliver regular reports on ROI, retention, ARPU, ARPPU, and DAU/MAU trends.
  • Support decision-making through predictive modeling and player segmentation analysis.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in data analytics (preferably within the mobile gaming industry).
  • Hands-on experience with SQL, Python/R, and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
  • Strong understanding of gaming analytics metrics, including retention, churn, LTV, ARPU, ARPPU, engagement rate, and DAU/MAU.
  • Experience creating dashboards and translating complex data into actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with advertising platform data (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an interest in gaming and player behavior.

Bonus Points

  • Experience with Firebase, AppsFlyer, GameAnalytics, or Adjust.
  • Understanding of A/B testing methodologies and experimentation frameworks.
  • Experience working closely with Product, Marketing, or Game Design teams within a gaming studio.
