About the Role

We are seeking a data-driven and strategic YouTube Growth Manager to launch, manage, and scale a brand-new gaming YouTube channel from scratch. In this role, you will be entirely focused on backend strategy, channel optimization, and algorithmic growth. 

All raw content, assets, and videos will be provided to you. Your primary objective is to take this content, build the channel's infrastructure, and aggressively grow a highly engaged audience specifically within Tier 1 countries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and optimize the YouTube channel infrastructure from day one using industry best practices.
  • Implement advanced growth strategies specifically tailored to capture and retain viewers in Western markets.
  • Write highly compelling, search-optimized titles, descriptions, and tags to trigger algorithmic distribution.
  • Conceptualize and design (or direct the design of) high-CTR (Click-Through Rate) thumbnails that stand out in competitive Tier 1 gaming feeds.
  • Take provided video assets, maintain a strict upload pipeline, and manage end-to-end publishing.
  • Daily tracking of YouTube Studio metrics (CTR, Average View Duration, traffic sources) to constantly pivot and improve performance.
Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience setting up and successfully growing YouTube channels from the ground up.
  • Must show past case studies or analytics proving your ability to pull traffic and views from US, UK, or European audiences.
  • Deep understanding of Western gaming culture, trends, internet humor, and algorithmic triggers.
  • Expert-level knowledge of YouTube SEO and analytics tools (e.g., VidIQ, TubeBuddy, Google Trends).
